Hey guys, I'm curious what some of your favorite entrepreneurs are in history?

My all-time favorite is probably John D. Rockefeller. His quiet determination and relentless pursuit of control in the oil industry was well worth reading about in Titan by Chernow, if you get a chance (it's quite long). He was a big fan of cooperation over competition, so long as he was in control of the situation. Most of his business practices created our current anti-trust laws.

I'm starting to suspect Jack Ma could surpass my deep respect for Rockefeller however. It's worth watching his interviews online. He is pretty incredible.

I haven't studied either of them much. I have a book by Branson but I haven't looked at it yet. Maybe I'll have to add that in!
Definitely look into both of them. :) I remember researching Walt Disney and creating a presentation about him when I was homeschooled. He definitely has an interesting story.
